Met "If I Tell You" (verschenen op 23 oktober 2020) beleefde René le Blanc zijn grote landelijke doorbraak in heel Nederland en Vlaanderen. De romantische Engelstalige ballad stond centraal tijdens zijn onvergetelijke verschijning in het SBS6-programma Ik geloof in mij en bereikte de Tip 25 van de Nederlandse Top 40.

Het nummer is geschreven en geproduceerd in de stijl van zijn grote muzikale inspiratiebron Engelbert Humperdinck: een dramatische opbouw, rijke orkestrale arrangementen en de beroemde vocale uithaal ("MMMYEAH!") die sindsdien op TikTok, in studentenhuizen en op festivals door tienduizenden fans woord voor woord wordt meegezongen.
